All you folks doing Nitrox courses, how does an Oxygen Analyzer (brand new with brand new sensor) for £55 sound!

Did you know, once exposed to air, oxygen sensors onlly have a lifespan of 3 years!

Sorry Mares Bar, as I said watch this space!

I've been a bit unclear, I'm not selling one but I know where, with a little effort, one (well any number), can be obtained for about £55, mine's on order when it arrives and if it all works out I'll let everone in on the secret, promise!

It should be up and running by next meeting!

It came yesterday 6th Feb, took 2 hours to assemble and works perfectly, well in air anyway, downside is I had to pay VAT (£13,50 on top of the initial outlay)

Cost was $100 for kit (£55)
$12 postage ( £6)
VAT (bastards) £13.50

MY time priceless

Total cost £74.50 (still cheap)!


Will bring completed article to meeting at Leasowe Castle tonight; anyone got any nitrox to try it on?

If anyone wants one you get them from OxyCheq, there is a little bit of soldering involved, plus cutting holes in the case, and it takes a little bit of care.

If anyone buys one and needs help building it, let me know.

They take about 2 weeks to arrive from the States!
