John the gatekeeper at Vivian asked Scubachris and me if we were interested in ice diving in Estonia on a recent visit to Llanberris. After completing his little survey form he explained that his son was looking into getting a dive operation going and he was just putting out feelers for how many people would be interested.

After a few emails between John and myself, he has sent me an e-copy of the questionaire.
