From 10th to 13th of August a few of us intrepid explorers will be attempting to find our way along Hadrian's Wall starting in Newcastle and ending past Carlisle. The group, so far, will be mainly of DMs or DMCs so navigation should not be a problem. Should any others, especially those needing help with basic navigational skills (MSDs hear this), wish to join us, please feel free to let me know. Some of the group are backpacking, others are doing B&B so you could do either. 84 miles in 4 days is planned but there are bus links along the way if you would like to walk less.
You really don't have to go to those lengths just to get out of it you know!!! I think your first excuse was better though - the one when you said you couldn't do it as you were getting married that day! Lucky Lisa!
