According to the one, there is nothing organised this weekend, but don't let that stop you, as it says in the good book (PADI obviously) when two are gathered together in my name they can go diving!
Suggestions are Vivian (not been there recently) Capernwray ex TOTP but sadly in decline in favour of the inferior Delph or how about a new venture such as Dosthill Quarry near to Tamworth, often overlooked, as the temptation is to go the extra few miles to Stoney.
Anyway I won't be joining you if you decide to dive this weekend (or next)
Some of the more experienced amongst the throng will be diving into several pints on Saturday, around the Chester area, in celebration of The One's forthcoming knot tying with Lisa.
I of the new full piece wetsuiteth (5mm I might add) will not be partaking in the yonder celebratings of nuptials.
Oh woa is me, I have been called into work on much urgent business, also, alas young grandson will be bedding down in yonder (our) house. Also Margi will kill me if I stagger in a bit worse for wear.............
But I am sure this will not stop Tom and his band of very merry thigh slapping men having fun.
And on the fifteenth day of the seventh month it was decreed that there should be a great casting off of the neoprene and rubber and the donning of lycra. And it was also decreed that those donning the lycra should set off towards Chester and back. This is the word, isnt it Kirk???
