I prefer non auto dump valves, that way you can ease springs whilst under the water and still share the experience with your buddy (not commando) upon surfacing.  Adds a new dimension to the term off gas.


I can give practical demonstrations most dive days, however sources of ignition are not welcome.


What does everyone else think?

Hello Biohazard ( cool name )


The O ring has gone on my dump valve, so I have no control over it any more.


This means I can't off gas with out sh####g myself.

Why does Biohazards drysuit smell of sprouts???

Its not sprouts, its pickled onion monster munch.  yum.  I think this thread needs to be moved to the general blah section.

For some of us a dump valve is not a requirement as it is most desirable to feel that squeeze.

Dont forget the default dive mix in Egypt is 40% nitsheesh.


I recomment the "special" blend.
