Just finished my open water and thought I’d introduce myself !
Steve Ryan here, aka Sandtiger. Chose this name as sandtiger sharks look menacing, spend a lot of their time on the bottom and are reasonably harmless to humans (bit like me during training!!).
Big thanks to Tommy, John, John, Ged, Gill and everyone else who got me through my open water and not forgetting Dave who very kindly lent me his new dry suit after I deliberately sabotaged mine in the hope that I could prolong my diving training by an additional week!!! (Only joke in!!)
Aren't Frosties what you get when you dive at Stoney in December ??

P.S Congrats on passing the open water course and look forward to seeing you at the advanced, rescue, Nitrox, and Divemaster courses - it does become enjoyable and adictive !
