1000 hours Sunday 2nd September 2007

This is a PADI Destinctive Speciality Course

Places are limited due to Chamber size so please contact me asap

The morning will consist of a lecture detailing Decompression Sickness, what it is, how to prevent it and how to deal with it should you be affected together wihat other activities and events are treated at the Unit.

After the talk you will go downstairs to the Chamber room and take part in a
50 meter chamber dive experiencing Nitrogen Narcosis in a controlled enviroment.

The cost which include PADI Certification and Card is £55.00.(special for FFS)smilesmile
(This course normally costs £120.00 at other Chambers)

Don't forget, those of you doing this dry dive, to take along your computers. The chamber will log your dive for you just like any other dive. And if you take along your log books, there is a fancy hyperbaric stamp to add to your collection!

Archer, can you put Leaky on the list and if there are any spaces left after all those who haven't done this before, I shall do it again (so good I'd do it twice!)

Get your names down for this as places are limited and the experience is awesome.  This is an excellent opportunity to discover not only how your body may react to nitrogen narcosis but also how it may affect your buddy - without getting wet!

The outcome of this experience may be that you can identify nitrogen narcosis, in either you or your buddy, in it's early stage thus enabling you to take more control during your deeper dives.

Due to lack of interest the Recompression Chamber Dive for 2nd of September is cancelled.
