There is the possibility of a boat dive to liverpool bay on sunday, its a high tide so we will be looking at one dive which will proberbly be a wreck called the calcium, it will be aprox 20meters and will have a cost of £25 per person,
THE DIVE IS WEATHER/TIDE DEPENDENT, and will be confirmed friday, Normally we meet in new brighton @7.30 ish !! please show your intrest as spaces are limited,
Unfortunately, due to other commitments, Nick and I will be unable to do this dive but to anyone else who is interested in going out on the rib and diving in the Bay, this is a fabulous trip.
The trip out there usually takes about 50 minutes to an hour, and once at the site the boat is moored up and a buoy line is set up so for those unsure whether they will find the wreck - just drop down the buoy line! Maximun depth is around 17 - 20metres and visibility has always been pretty good when I've been, giving at least 5 - 6 metres. The water temperature in the Menai Straits was 14 degrees on Sunday so it will probably be around 12 at depth here, which is still good for this time of year.
Alan, the Skipper, usually takes hot drinks and some cake or biscuits and then back in time for lunch!
For the money, this is good value. Remember you have little or no petrol costs and timewise it's nice and close to home.
Go for it! You know it makes sense!!

Welcome aboard! Why is it that you're having a late start the one week we can't go! I've looked at the weather too, and it's looking quite nice for Sunday. Hope you have a good trip out there with some of our other divers from the club.
See you next time!!

Hello! Good dive today. Unfortunately, unlike Paul and Jim, Mark and I missed the wreck. However still enjoyed it. Saw dogfish, crabs, loads of starfish and a couple of seals en route. Despite missing the wreck it was still good and great experience of the boat and diving in Liverpool Bay. Thanks to Paul and Jim for taking us out and HUGE thanks to Alan, he was brilliant.
