Congratulations to Claire, Nic and Terry who have now qualified as Rescue Divers. Well done each of you on reaching this important level of your ongoing development.
You all expressed interest in further diver training and qualification. It was mentioned to you that Divemaster would be a good goal to aim for next, and you may wish to contact Archer or Scubaone in the New Year to discuss your options.
Many thanks for your congratulations. Also, I would like to thank all those that helped us along the road to rescue diver.
Any advanced divers thinking of doing it, don't think, do. This has been the most valuable course so far, I have learnt alot, not just about the rescue aspect but about diving in general.
scubaone and archer are excellent mentors, the effort they put in is not unnoticed.
Congratulations to Rob, Adam, Mike, Del and Scubasteve on successfully completeing the water skills for the Rescue Diver Course, and then the Emergency First Response course, to become qualified Rescue Divers. I hope you enjoyed the course. Adam, son of Rob, is now the youngest Rescue Diver in the club. Extra congratulations to you Adam.
Well done everybody. We hope to see you all soon. Remember it's club night at the Leasowe Castle on the first Wednesday of each month, starting around about 8ish. See you there.
As part of your continuous diving education you may now wish to consider progressing down the route of Divemaster, which is the first level of being a PADI professional; or Master Scuba Diver which is the highest qualification for non- professional PADI divers.
At the club night, or any other time that suits you, you may wish to discuss the options with Archer or Scubaone. They will give you all the information you may need.
Any of the Divemasters, i.e. Triggerfish, KT Current, J.T, Leaky or Big Jim will be happy to tell you what they thought of the course. Any of the Master Scuba Divers, i.e. Vetilatu, Bandit or Deepthought will also be delighted to share their experiences with you.
